After installing the app from Zendesk Marketplace, you must authorize the app to access Zendesk APIs.
- Navigate to the Admin Center then from the navigation bar search for zendesk API.
- Choose the OAuth Clients tab ,and then click on the Add OAuth Client button.
- In the Client name field add any name you need, we suggest ( OmniSnooze-Client).
- Skip the other fields and go down to the Redirect URLs field ,paste the copied url from the Admin Panel here (double -check for any mistakes.),then save.
- A window will be opened from there, copy the Client Name and the secret and save them in a secure location ,then click save.
- Go back to the Admin panel .In the Client Id field paste the copied Client Name and in the Client Secret paste the copied secret from the previous step (double check for any mistakes ).
- Click on Authorize
